According to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1286 license agreement with the author for publication in periodicals can be concluded orally.

The very fact of receiving the manuscript of the article by the editorial board of the journal "Mathematical Structures and Modeling" is an acceptance (acceptance) of a license agreement.

All articles in the journal "Mathematical Structures and Modeling" are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY) license. The text of the license is here .

The "Attribution" license assumes that the author retains the copyrights to the article (and does not transfer them to the journal, as it usually does). The editorial board of the scientific journal "Mathematical Structures and Modeling" guarantees the consideration of all materials submitted for publication, observance of editorial independence and good faith in making objective decisions without prejudice to authors on the basis of national or religious affiliation or official position; regardless of commercial interests and relations with the Publisher of scientific collections; basing their policy on respecting the author's personal rights and the right to intellectual property.
  2. Carries out a policy to ensure and improve the quality of published materials, make a significant contribution to the development of domestic and foreign science (knowledge); takes measures to intensify activities to improve the quality of the published material; seeks to satisfy the needs of readers and authors.
  3. As guidelines for editorial activity, the relevance, importance, clarity, reliability, validity of the published research material is established.
  4. Among the basic principles of high qualification of published research materials is:

Author's ethics

Manuscript requirements

The editorial board of the journal "Mathematical Structures and Modeling" suggests authors to familiarize themselves with these rules and adhere to them when preparing manuscripts sent to the journal.

Manuscripts of no more than 16 pages are accepted for publication.

The manuscript is accompanied by a brief annotation in Russian and English (with a volume of 100 to 250 words).

Authors should provide the following information in Russian and English:

  • article title;
  • list of authors with the indication
    • Last name, first name and patronymic,
    • academic title,
    • degree,
    • posts,
    • places of work or study,
    • a valid email address
  • abstract (abstract);
  • list of keywords.

The author also indicates the UDC (universal decimal code) of the article. It can be selected by topic in the directory

The manuscript of the article is submitted to the editor by e-mail in two formats pdf and tex. The article should be typed using the macro package LATEX2e and the style msmb.cls, provided by the editorial office . It is recommended to install the MiKTEX compiler, since it is used in the edition.

Deviations in the design of the manuscript from the above rules allow the editorial board to decide on the removal of the article from the publication. The article may be rejected for reasons of non-compliance with the subject matter of the journal or in connection with the low level of quality of scientific research.

When preparing an article, you should use the msmb.cls class (style) and the template-blank for the current number. The template lists all the most typical examples of the design of formulas, drawings, tables, sections, bibliographic references.

In the article it is forbidden to override standard commands and environments.

The numbered formulas must be selected in a separate line.

Numbering only in Arabic numerals in ascending order from one. Numbering should only those formulas to which the text has links.

It is forbidden to use the letters of the Russian alphabet in formulas. If you can not do without them, then you should use the \mbox {...} command.

All drawings and tables must have a signature, issued with the command \caption {...}.

Files with drawings must be submitted in PDF or EPS format (use vector graphics such as InkScape, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw).

Use the standard switching commands for gothic, calligraphic and openwork fonts: \mathfrak, \mathcal and \mathbb.

It is not allowed to end an article with a drawing or a table.

In the list of references, the following data must be indicated: for books --- the names and initials of the authors, the title of the book, the place of publication, the publisher, the year of publication, the number of pages; for articles --- the names and initials of the authors, the title of the article, the title of the journal, the year of publication, volume, issue number, the pages of the beginning and the end of the article (for the deposited articles, it is necessary to indicate the registration number).

Quotations in the Russian text (<<>>) should be angular, in English direct top quotes ("abcdefg" or `` abcdefg '').

Reviewing order

The primary examination is carried out by the editor-in-chief (deputy editor-in-chief). At the initial examination, the article's relevance to the magazine's subject, the rules of registration and the requirements established by the magazine's editorial board for scientific publications is assessed.

All articles submitted to the editorial board of the scientific journal "Mathematical structures and modeling", go through the reviewing institute.

The reviewer is selected by the editor-in-chief of the journal from among the members of the editorial board or leading experts in the field of this work. The author has the right to offer a list of two or three experts on the subject of a scientific article, consonants write a review of his work. The Editorial Board selects one of the recceits from the presented list and agrees with him on writing a review. If it is not possible to contact the reviewers suggested by the author, The editor-in-chief can appoint a reviewer from his list.

Reviewers should take into account that the manuscripts sent to them are private property of the authors and refer to information that is not subject to disclosure. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of articles for their needs.

The time for writing a review is determined in agreement with the reviewer. The review should reveal the relevance of the presented material, the degree of scientific novelty of the research, determine the correspondence of the text proposed for publication to the general profile of the publication and the style of presentation.

The reviewer makes a conclusion about the possibility of publishing the article: "recommended", "recommended taking into account correction of comments marked by the reviewer" or "not recommended". In case of negative review, the editorial board sends the author a motivated refusal, certified by the editor-in-chief or his deputy.

In case of disagreement with the reviewer's opinion, the author of the article has the right to provide a reasoned response to the editorial office of the journal.

If there are recommendations in the review for correcting and finalizing the article, the author is sent the text of the review with the proposal to take them into account when preparing a new version of the article, or reasonably (partially or in part) to the editorial board. completely) refute them. The article (revised) by the author is sent again to the review and is considered in the general order. In this case, the date of receipt of the revised article is considered to be the date when the revised article was returned.

After the editorial board has made a decision to admit the article to the publication, the author is informed about it and the terms of publication are indicated.

The original of the reviews is stored in the editorial office for five years.
